Paradise was banned for a different kind of violation (130013), and the above was, apparently, a large scale hiccup, caused by an update (which also means it has nothing to do with q3, because pb for q3 was last updated in 2008 IIRC). Was anyone else on e+ kicked with pb hack message with that violation number, on that day? If not, that link is completely irrelevant.

The other two points - yes, PB isn't infallible. It was proven many times in the past that PB can make mistakes - but to challenge a ruling, you must SET A PRECEDENT, for fuck's sake. You can't just go and say "hurr it was firewall or a virus or it could have been so let's not ban him kk hurr". It's up to Paradise, or people who believe he's not a cheater, to set that precedent, find out what else besides, well, pb hacks, could trigger that specific violation number, and make your case on that. Up until that point, he's a guy who had his PB castrated so it wouldn't detect cheats, and there is no way you, or anyone else, can spin this story any other way. You can only choose to acknowledge the evidence or be ignorant based on some twisted sentiment towards one of the most annoying idiots on e+.
