This is a hotfix for v1.02!
It resolves the problem with jumppads being too powerful. It also fixes xp_enemyModels with r_picmip.
And /wallhack now works properly.

a64 2.7Ghz 2GB of ram and x800xt pe mine signiature is not actual i switch pc's to fats '] res is not so low bycose its 1024x768 that is higest res i can use bycose of monitor display refres 120Hz its minimum for me in q3
