Yet another server update. List of changes:

- Totally reworked PTL gametype.
- Fixed stuck bots when no items on map.
- Fixed 0 ping on tv mode.
- Fixed missing defend and assist rewards on 1fctf gametype.
- Rewards are cleared after warmup end.
- No team scoring during warmup.

Edit: Fixed second chagelog line, is stuck bots, not bugs xD.
