Personally I don't have much problems with that. I mean, now I don't even know that much people to make any kind of in game conversations. But even in past, It didn't bothered me playing with "strangers", unless someone "fakenicked" started talking to me. It's kind of strange, cause you don't know what to answer, especially if they haven't introduced.

And as for me, I'm also fakenicking, sometimes quite often, for plain and simple reason - I want to be left alone. Sometimes when I have a problem, or bad mood etc. I want to just go on server and kill people:) Without interacting or giving away autographs;) Some people propably know anyway who I am, but they usually keep quite about it and I'm thankful. But sometimes I blow up my cover myself by pressing one of my binds "You killed Sirius! You bastard!":) Not that much people remember me anyway:)
