Fixed values of snaps maxpackets and rate
Still not all people have a good i-net connection. Try to play with packets of 125 with isdn or small dsl and why a rate higher than 25.000 should be cheat? Doesn't make sense since you get just the rate the server on which u play offers offers, same with snaps.
E. G. you are on a server with sv_fps 30 (most server in e+ somehow) and u have in ur config 60, it is totally pointless, you will play with snaps 30 since server have sv_fps 30.
I suggest you read the big thread in client section from begin to end, than you know maybe more about it, and than you see your thread is pointless concerning ur request.
It sounds like pure bullshit (see my explaination) but i gonna test it for sure.

I voted yes. I agree with Nosia. Rate default value : 25000. Snaps default value : 40. But cl_maxpackets could be 63, 100 or 125, according to the connection.
Mow is right it's not about cvars. It's about packet flow/timing.
Is it truth that absolute limit for rate is 90000(WAN) and 99999(LAN)?

Hey ppls what about to make this values fixed for everyone? Bcouse now all use diferent values and it make lags.... Rate more than 25000 = hack! Will be nice if everyone have same settings... for example rate 25000 snaps 40 and cl_maxpackets 125.
