I am looking for a small group of 5 or 6 active users for a forum oversight committee.
Requirements for position are.
1. At least 2 years of activity on the E+ forums
2. Leadership qualities.
3. Ability to clearly explain your positions on topics.
4. Impartial judgments.
5. Ability to work as a team.
What I will ask of you:
1. Random polls about e+ progress
2. Input on changes to community forums.
3. Input on Moderation performance.
4. Input on Administration of forums.
All information will be provided to only myself and will not be shared with anyone. Users selected will not have their names released to anyone. I will not discuss any views expressed to me with any mod or admin at any time.

hmm i dont unerstand it fully, thwy will be moderators group but hiden?

not really, they won't have any moderation 'power'. They will just inform the head moderation team about the up mentioned topics. If you want it's smth like "the ppl's voice".

bad idea in my opinion, seeing as things that moderators do well will not leave much of a trace - e.g deleting spam topics (if nobody has seen them in the first place, who knows they were ever here?) i for one take a tidy forum for granted...
in actual fact, it will simply amplify things that moderators make mistakes on - most commonly deleting posts/threads/FORUMS,aheM:( that people wanted to keep, and the idea of a hidden snitch amongst your own people is kind of segregating us...we should open our arms and be truthful cliché ftw

i have alredy spies at work and it's enough for me...
imo not so good idea about it at all but anyway why you Budman didnt select secret priv ppl about that duty ? coz...
