Hows E+ as a community doing?
The "TOPIC" is too subjective to express an oppinion without getting in danger. Just one thing, the forum wasn't less personal when i finally joined the forum, and it wasn't less personal before. Excessive has his heydays each time a new version releases, than everyone is happy, interested, destracted, less provokations, flames.
I would like to be able to stop all, but some people mean too much for me here, and what we have done together, all too much to say simple "ciao ciao retarts and fools"
Thats the only point for what i envy Dak, he has left it behind.
The community itself is not very sickly, but the diseases do not give up to influ....

i agree.
Yes. This community need healing. But for healing all people should forget OWN interests and pull only for common interests. Because if don't then we will cut off branch on which we all sitting. Stability of that branch is quite week...
I see some lights at end of long tunnel ...
Peace
oh i saw the light at the end of the tunnel but i just got blined by dark again..
i like ppl in here and i try to have normal relations. but as HQ posted, there are some problems should be resolved, and i also agree that there are too many flames, i also mean the fight between mods and admins.
about posts: i have an impression that many ppl dont read threads, post only to support their friends and in many cases express irrelevant opinions. but we can do nothing about it.
so i voted for: SOS
from playing other games larger community of players leads to less problems due to not everyones noses being up everyones ass. E+ is a very tight community (some might not think) compared to different games it has its general supply of new comers for an old game and people that leave still come back. There are a lot of devoted people to it like you dont find in other games. But with all small communities and everyones noses are where they dont need to be there is going to be drama. The admins do there jobs might not right but not as bad as others IMHO the community isnt that far off just hot heads need to cool off regardless of where you go/ games you play people DONT get along. thats why the established rules of the forums need to be followed and regardless of who breaks them and why need to be followed through. you can argue/prove points but you dont need to spam topics and put in useless info. ALSO forum spam is HORRIBLE compared to other games
<-wow one giant thought bubble

there are no fights between mods and admins, just between a certain moderater vs everyone

yeah, well, there you are right. cretinsim at its best...
Im thinking exactly as HQ.!
In fact i feel that flames and personal problems started time ago, now there are more things, its like many ppl want to take control over the rest, be popular and do whatever they want over the rest. this is bringing more fights and bigest personal troubles.
to my mind come many things, for example what can be the next step if SOS is bigger than other option? who will give this help?
i think the poll is a good starting anyway but solutions are not so easy.
The results seems to be very close until now, no matter wich one will be the most voted but we can see there are a big part of ppl feeling bad last days. I dont think is neccesary to have more than 50% to make changes if more than 30-40% ppl is feeling bad i think is enough to think we need some important changes to get this percent low.
Dont know how many ppl will vote but i think will be the same as usually come around and its the more important part of all.
I strongly recomend to all those who dont like to post here to avoid troubles to make a vote.
Another important thing here is the way some ppls replay to the others post, most of the times the answer is not about the post but against the ppl who made it, And this makes that flames start.
i have read all the answers before mine, and i found the most of the ppl except 2 have been taking this in a correct direction, the others 2 are making exactly the thing that every time start flames, because they answer directly against the guy/girl writed the post and he/she need to give another answer... and lets we go...
I also agre with some IO and Wax points.
Greetings

So, I won´t go deep into the topic. I have been reading the forums for more than two years and I strongly agree with Reno and Rena.

... , it's just a shame I see a lot of negativity and negative critisism towards others which doesn't help progress anything.
cheers
I vote help please..
seems to me that just asking the question means there is a problem, and with (at this time) approx half of all voters wanting help (aka change), the wise thing would be to put the management of the forums into the spotlight.
i do have an initial point of thought and that is:-
I feel that those who invest the most time into providing the community with servers / facilitys / recources / help / advice, should be the people that are most directly involved with moderating the forums. the forums are an extention of the servers and management of them should be reflected as such, or at least the option of responsibility within the forums should be offered to those who fit this criteria.
If this was to happen the forum would become more involved in the real spirit of the game by promoting and encouraging more competitions and skirmishes between clans and players or at least be the driving force behind it all.

Not beause he's in my clan but that is the case already for example with foksie in the clanrank forum. He does a great & clean job, never involved in any conflicts or complained, and he has always been very helpfull and objective. But that's just for the clanrank indeed.
As for the others, i use to pm my remarks/suggestions to moderators instead of creating public flames where ppl with personnal anger come in and use it subjectively to get a revenge or to piss them, imo everybody should do that instead of creating flame topics. I dont feel a so bad atmosphere in this forum since i got rid of my personnal feelings towards people as i'm not involved as before in this game.
cheers
