i think the poll is a good starting anyway but solutions are not so easy.The results seems to be very close until now, no matter wich one will be the most voted but we can see there are a big part of ppl feeling bad last days. I dont think is neccesary to have more than 50% to make changes if more than 30-40% ppl is feeling bad i think is enough to think we need some important changes to get this percent low.
Dont know how many ppl will vote but i think will be the same as usually come around and its the more important part of all.
I strongly recomend to all those who dont like to post here to avoid troubles to make a vote.
Another important thing here is the way some ppls replay to the others post, most of the times the answer is not about the post but against the ppl who made it, And this makes that flames start.
i have read all the answers before mine, and i found the most of the ppl except 2 have been taking this in a correct direction, the others 2 are making exactly the thing that every time start flames, because they answer directly against the guy/girl writed the post and he/she need to give another answer... and lets we go...
I also agre with some IO and Wax points.

btw i dont read and post flame treads... i just havin fun on servers and on cw's\fw's and i post someting sometimes... so voted for 1st option.
there are many ppl who i'm glad to meet on servers and i hope they glad to see me also... just chillin and havin fun...

Ok, funny stuff aside, is it really that bad?
Community integrity is still in the up. Sure, there are animosities, pointless fights, flames, but, those were around since the beginning of the mod, and those are around in every gaming community. I don't feel like there's some sort of "bad" spirit around here, and i think i would be one of the first one's to notice (insert false modesty here, ha ha ;p).
The thing that surprises me, is that most of the people, who feel discomfort, and voiced it in this thread, aren't even directly involved in any of the most recent forum trouble.
Also, saying that was an "internal mod/admin fight" is a hyperbole, because it included basically only three people, and it was less of a fight, and more of a disagreement which was swiftly resolved (although, in a way, which, apparently, brought alot of distaste with the general forum population).
Is it really worse than when Mulle shut down his servers and E+ was on the brink of collapse? Or when that guy from Excessive came around and started a flame war of gargantuan proportions, which lasted for a longer time?
@Goddam - you have a point there, but keep in mind that most server owners develop way more personal biases than a casual gamer, due to dealing with a whole lot of people on a private level. That means they are less likely to make fair judgement calls, which you do almost on a daily basis when you are a moderator.

i voted for We're Cool. Just Chillin', yes in forum are flames and other crap, but show me forum there it isnt.. at servers i feel good, i feel fun (almost everytime) and relax (almost everytime), also i made good friends here, so i voted we`re cool

sorry mad, a misunderstanding, i think the tone and topic of other posters has led you to the assumption that i am talking about people making choices about others attitudes and behaviours,
What i am saying is that E+ could be pushed to new boundaries (espec with the upcoming new release causing interest). Looking at it in this way, my way of thinking is that EVERY single person here came to this forum AFTER enjoying the game, and the community should revolve directly around enhancing that gaming experience, with the moderation aspect moved to one side, i think the summary of my feeling is that the public promotion of competitive play has diminished and needs new life pumped into it, give the players something to focus on and fight over. it is after all a competitive game. I do not see anyone really pushing this in the forums, all i see is people being competitive against each other in their words.

S.O.S. Help plz!!! is what ppl wanting to make this mod a better mod (this world a better world) should say or have ever said.
from players sides : in general as some have said their behavour isn't bad and some are really nice guys/girls. Community level gameplay has increased during last years, (you rarely find some newbies around comparing to 2years ago). ofc u can get some enemies in community but it cannot be more than 5-10% except if u consider them enemies and their do not. so just ignore them and think about the 90-95% who have nothing against u or are good friends.
from mod side : the mod is fine in a sens and gives many fun, but can add a BIG interest by giving somebody from the large amount of programmers/developpers/conceptors around here the chance to participate in this mod evolution that is something I don't understand why it is refused and makes the game's evolution so slow (remember long waiting time for 1.04).
from playing side : the game is more and more boring recently (same servers, rotations, ppl, gameplay, ... that's about to be a routine). There is a solution to improve that : add new features or try other non played gametypes, why not trying something else as RTF insteed of CTF, some clan arena insteed of freeze ? and for protect the leader it can be great if only the leader has something else instead of gauntlet ? there are many ideas that can be around here but well, here I can only say S.O.S. Help plz!!!
from forum side : a small number of ppl in this community is registered, from those ones, few of them post threads or just participate and have postcount, the others have about 0-10. when u make a pool u have at MAX about 120ppl voting from 1000 registered. ofc I really rarelly check off topic cos SPAM = 90%,
from clans sides : the problem is clanhopping or/and ppl don't have a real clan spirit, they are not all serious (that's why many clans die respawn then redie). Loyalty is the key word.
As I'm now a bit old in the community, I can maybe disapear a day like others have ever done.

I'm cool. Just a bunch of "bad ass" attitude dudes that comes here only to make critics and not to make this comunnity better, I don't care anymore about thos guys btw. I'm just here to chill and have fun

Well, of course, this website is but an aspect of E+ as is, an important aspect, but still, an aspect. But well, it ties in with what Ali said - people are starting to get bored. Same old games, on same old maps, no real prizes to win, not even prestige, because everyone knows already who is good, and who is not. Changes come in slow.. we'll see how it will be after 1.04 gets released.

I must say it would be nice to think of new ways of playing e+..
some new type except freeze or the usual..

...I watching this forum 2 years almost everyday. There was some ppl, who wanna change something to make better place here, but suddenly "some" others ppl was just jealous what others do (or can do). Then this places started to be more arena of war (including flaming, insulting) and next evolution to arena of spam. Maybe thats why some ppl feel here like fish on water and some other are sitting quietly and watching from the back (i preffer 2nd option tired of this trash spam, when most serious topic land in dirty hand of spammers and then fights on each others - and yes this include Bro public posts "exist somewhere"). This e+ scene from some point in past started be more childish and "empty". If you wanna started healing this forum start healing yourselfs (me too m8's) and bring some heart here, also on servers. Dont offend ppl couse you have bad fucking day. Keep your bad feelings for yourself, this also gonna healing when time come. And the most important be trully friendship with others, when everyone meet together (FragFest ftw:) and are happy. You think there is just "only stupid game" ? So why you always want win ? Always be better ? What you wanna proof ? Why you still back here ? For game ? No, for ppl who are here, then game back to second place on matters.
And whats gonna be important more if most friends gonna leave...
Maybe its time to started thinking more seriously sometimes and not click "postreply" to make another useless post bring nothing and only exist to occupy space on this forum.
