Im leader of zombie. I didn't know that your toxic copyrighted the nickname toxic. If so plz let me know ok? The two toxic's are in different clans so i don't see a problem here.
I can't order my toxic to change his nick,i can ask him to do it but thats all. If you want me to ask him plz let me now. But as i said they are in different clans so i don't see a problem. Right or wrong...hmm...don't know,but thats my opinion anyway!!

Happens maybe he didnt heard about the other Toxic , and agree to some1 of them to change it but u could PM or do something else .

Btw i can give him some nicknames if he wanna change: dwarf , bananapple its free to use them Happy

If the "zombie" Toxic has to change nickname, the "Ka" one should change his too. Because there already is a player named Toxic playing Q3:A. And he's hell of a lot more recognizable, believe me.

Well here's my opinion...

If they both werent in a clan that would be a problem..

However, it doesnt qualify as indentity theft as long as the clan tag is present, there isnt a problem (besides people the different clans mean the colours of the names are different)

OFC if sum1 had my tag i'd talk to them (but its more personal for me - AK are my initials therefore its my reason to keep the tag)

Is there any proof that the british toxic "stole" the tag? I mean it's possible to think of a tag yourself, and now he's in a clan he wouldn't want to change it...

Its not the patent to the telephone people, it doesn't really matter "who had it first"

So gl 2 both toxics in their respective clan careers and hope u sort this shit out...
