I Saw ali camping , in freeze, in some weird ,points in dm11 , i felt like madbringer for one second or two , but , quick i thought , if this is cheap , then i have to find a solution to it.
camping in front of teleporter , in the -1 level of dm11 and shooting to upper window , is an "interesting" idea (that he came up with during a training game ) ....
if u are the last standing guy , u have good chances to control the two narrow corridors left and right , and bfg-kill one or two peeps , but -this is my personnal opinion , i maybe wrong - u cant move in map , and cant thaw , hence cant lead the team to win the point.
if this strategies are not good in the long run -in freeze-, if u are a good player , show it to him, on server.
btw,about camping in general , as long as the server config ,allows it ,(and your temperament , and character) ,and IF it is a good an effective strategy to win a clan war , why should u avoid it?
dont get me wrong , ali is a close friend , but i can discuss his personnal strategies.i know he likes discussions.

and yes..you could avoid words like "lamer".

First I hate be accused like that and to be forced to explain what & why I have done ...
I will answer in my part to explain what happened : you are wrong in most of them madbringer...
1. I used LG MG and SG + some rail that are normally fast at switching on BRO cfg and more faster when u press keys one near other.
2. If you mean teleport yes it's usefull, I don't use quad unless it was on my path while defending myself from other ppl.
3. Camping is used as tyrant said by most ppl. when you hear enemy and stay at you place to kill him, if you attack him you get killed or
if you saw me at the same place last night I explain later

yesterday was a special night for me : I have got speced all the time by an admin telling me to play normal not to camp all the night or get kicked. I got problem with him only that night and taken that personnally attacked so I was furious against him and started to play more abnormal ::
so when the admin said me some kinda words I was furious and started to shot everywhere pressing keys fast and randomly (what you thought weapon script) then shooting anyone next to me (teamshot : for a small time seconds) then just pressing mouse button and moving the cursor + moving straith then trying nades moves and kills ( I never used it )
what you have thought of camping has a part too that I was chatting with admin and thinking.
when someone is furious he has two choices : just get out smoking or attacking the problem while furious. not thawing is self exaplined you can't stay next to someone when furious You want to stay alone.
at the last game I was just moving arround not attacking nor camping nor shotting to try decompressing again cos I can't do move around inside house at 4:00, but I was still warned again to be kicked if not playing normal
in fact I was playing normal when I entered the server, but after a time I was bored and tired a little and I wanted to decompress (camping just a necessary not excessivly), but unlucky the admin hasn't let me away and added me other pressure so I continued that way more and more and that became excessive and then lamy : if some1 has got hurted, I'm sorry for that.
so madbringer think before posting, if I was doing that normally other ppl would have seen it before you.
you don't know me well and seeying a person one time in that state, you want to punish him urself, go and ask yourself if you have played lamy too a day.
I take that as a personnal attack and aggression when you have written my name and telling that I'm a bad model.
so I require at least some excuses from ur side.
Wanna avoid seeying mow, skull & co

madr, when u see lamers on servers, whatever their name use this
/quit 
And i'm not agree with everything is allowed on clanwar, i hate spam, and an important rule for me and my clan members is to not spam like some other clans that i won't mentioned, clanwar or not.
@ali when u're bored same advice as for madr : use /quit
u don't need to piss other players and relieve of your nerves on them, 1 day ban should be there to refresh players's ideas about such behaviour.

if u dont want spamers , switch freaks do this :
Switch Time: xxx;
if u dont want spawn killers do this :
Spawn Protection: 2;
so my advice to Madbringer , is if u dont like how server acts towards what u call a "lamer gameplay' , be smart ,blame it on server.
i wasnt there, i didnt see how ali acted.but ,generally he is cool.has some strange tactics sometimes, but nothing extreme.

Everyone can have bad day and playing lame... I was yesterday on serve during this game and I don't endorse to telling names on public forums.
Like someone said, there is a lot of well known players camping and playing very careful and sneaking like part of their strategy. Some of them sneaking and other like doing great performance
Chill-out Mad it's not big deal. I'm aganist call somebody on forum it isn't nice . I wouln't be accused on public like Ali.
And at last it's just a game...for fun and for all don't take it so seriously

I made a script so I can use my "G" key to toggle between GL and LG... am I a lamer now? I worked hard to get that cfg to work.

I have ever made a script before it's why I told u that I don't use it yesterday, and I have thought you are other person.
I was so angry that I pressed keys so fast weapon keys: it was faster than the weapon scripts I have seen : I was surprised myself
keys are : 1 3 e f near to each others on my keyboard
I'm a programmer, and making a script is easy for me, but use it is other thing. I definitly don't use it.
for camping I for sure camps/sneak a little when I fell that my team will loose if I move and get killed by 3 rails at same time, it's a part of my strategie, and I don't wanna share it.
but btw, why should I explain to you and justify myself ???
the way you post, is like i'm on a court. and you are like a judge. (not the real case)
I think you have other vocation than playing quake...

Aliminium get pissed off gaming every night and it was just a question of time until some1. btw some people in here didnt played with him while he lames so they should stfu.
to the scripts:
i seen him using them one time for "showing" us that there lame.
just "showing" is lame, too!
to quad
alimiminium uses quad and if he has it he switch to shotgun instat of rail
btw he didnt even drop quad if u still could now u cant but u could uses rail as main weapon so other can see that xx isnt a lamer
to alis camping: i will post later a demo i already sent u to fox seeing ali on dredwerkz sitting on a clip whole map (until i leaved)

Perhaps you don't remember it (or don't want to), but you said it to me yourself that you use scripts. You can deny it, and i don't have any proof (i knew i should make a screeny
), but i know what i read.
If you read my first post carefully you will notice i excluded you from this point.
There is being careful, and there is sitting on your ass in one place all the time. This is NOT only about yesterday, and i am NOT the only person that has taken notice of this, you can't deny this.

Like i said, i am not the only one, but i see i'm the only one who had the balls to take this public. Too bad.
I can have a bad day and play really crappy, but i never do the things i pointed out.
Well, i take what you did yesteday and a couple of other times (curiously, every time i was playing under a fakenick :scratch:) as destroying all the fun i had in my game. But ok, i overdid with the lamer thing, guess if you was a zero no-one would really care, but whatever. Not lamer, but cheap, then.
I'm with Bodz here, when you're not in the mood, don't play. If you'd quit there and then, before doing all that khm, "cheap" stuff, i wouldn't have started this thread in the first place. I wouldn't "attack" you and you wouldn't have to be "sorry". :roll:

As i gather from other posts, in general no-one is really against such methods of playing. I find that a little disturbing, but who am i to fight the general feel of the community. The masses have spoken Ali, and you are their champion. Congratulations.
