365 days after the first post, Here I go again(Coverdale mofo) :

Христос се роди Happy Честит Божиќ на сите православни Winking

"...War brings death... and wounds and pain to both sides... there's nothing harder to accept than the deaths of those you love... so you believe... they could never die... especially those who haven't known war... you try to find meaning in death... but... there's only pain... and hatred... that you don't know what to do with...dying like trash... neverending hatred... pain that never heals... that.. is war..." Have a Great Merry Christmas Time Everyone Winking

To be honest, in my opinion,
first of all, but second hand,
otherwise, however, anyway
and by the way whatever you say... !

Your christmas time isn't as important as ours, you're Orthodox and you know...

Yeah, you know that I'm just kidding. Merry Xmas all the Orthodoxians, have a great time as I did but don't make my mistake and just don't drink that much Smug

Cheers!

Merry Christmas!

In Romania we also are Orthodox Christians but we celebrate it on the Revised Julian calendar in the early 20th century, which corresponds exactly to the Gregorian calendar (25 December), so khaz you have not done your homework Tongue

Anyway Merry Christmas! Happy

Well, usually on Xmas I eat alot more than I drink... can't resist the Xmas food offer Tongue

Btw, in my country(I don't know about other ortodox), we have a nice custom on the day before Xmas(7th of January), we call that day Badnik(6th of January). On that day, every family makes a homemade round bread and a coin is put in the dough before the baking. So at dinner, the oldest person in the family, turns the bread 3 times clockwise(the 3 times being symbolic for the holly trinity - the Father, the Son and the Holy spirit) and splits the bread by hand on 'x' number of pieces. 'X' is : one piece for each member of the family, one for God and one for the home(some people make an extra piece for the car.. that's an epic fail lol xd). So after the splitting, the person who has the coin in his piece is supposed to have luck for the whole year Happy. If God gets the coin, he will bring luck to all and if the home gets the coin, it means that there will be luck and happiness in the forthcoming year in the home Happy.

Me being fortunate as I am, got the coin in my piece this year. So I'm definitely assigning to some poker tournament in near future. I can already see the pair of aces (AA) in my hands every second round Big grin
