That's always same as in real life. There are 3 types of ppl :

1. negative category : ppl just making critics without giving any solution, sometimes just to ruin things, or trying to find a problem where there aren't any apparent. They are in general destroyers.

2. neutral category : ppl not caring at all, lazy to move, search, etc... or not having balls/will to talk even if they want changes, they are counting on category 3

3. positive category : ppl making critics and giving alternative solution(better), or speaking of injustice to correct it. They are in general contructors

unlucky, in e+ many are in category 2, some in 1 and rare on 3

each one knows where he tends to be.
