MVD demo can allow spec to freefly in cw

I just see that, take a cw, lock both team, 3vs3, 1red is the only spectator (he's invited on red team). This one, can say to others teammates, where enemy camp.
i explain : when both team are locked, a specatator, can't free fly (Yeah, i know you all know that). Ok. Then, he just have to type /startmvd --> yeahhhhh he can freefly trought entire of map.
I open a topic coz i think it's important for e+ to know that. I know some of you already know that, but i think about cw/fw issues. Hope you understand what i mean.

Lets test that without the REF command !
tested, with gauntlet on asphyxland, both teams are locked i did startMVD without ref and i cant move from where i spec on the map, so this topic can be deleted !

you dont need to have ref on server when mvd is avaible on server, then just type /startmvd and you can do it,even 2/3 ppl

Just say both teams are locked, you are just in spectaters mode and do /startMVD then you cant spectate both teams, and if youre invited by the red/blue team then you can only watch the team that invited you
Already did that back in F2B when there wasnt a REF team or a ref that could do that for us.

ken yes , startmvd can be done by anyone but what it matters more is : are the teams locked?
The one who does \startmvd are seen in the scores board having an specific icon like a blinking yellow led .. so anyone can know who is doing startmvd. Another thing: xp_maxMvd allows to no more then N ppl to record .. with this you can limit how many can do \startmvd in the same time.. (set 1 for only 1 person max to record mvd simultaneously)
From what i know in cw you can't freefly with teams locked. Beside that, the mvd record needs to be done by the ref or the neutral person agreed by both clans (obvious).

here is ultimate proof xD
i connected twice and asked for invite 1 to red and 1 to blue and couldnt spec the other locked team
EDIT: i did say something in red team and in blue team and only the invited team could see what i typed so 
this can be trashcanned

if you have ref and both teams are locked, RED team invites you then you CAN see what the RED team is typing in say_team

What ken means is once ur invited to 1 team as a spec u can freefly through the map to help your team as seen fit.
Thought this was ment to be disabled anyway ?
