that looks just great . also on the loading screen can it be put excessiveplus somewhere? u know which one.. where it loads the ammo etc:) cause i dont look that much on walls as i look on that screen(may be of my pc also as i stay some sec at that screen and get bored Happy )

Hey all, another interested mapper here.

So I've been reading your thread and took note of your critiques from shadows levels but what else do you guys like? I'm making a map from scratch, probably a CTF one and any input from you guys would help make it better. Anything from size, layout, themes, details or even how fast the map plays can give me a better picture of what to throw together. Winking

welcome aboard, at last. i ll leave this to others to comment. i am just here to post direct link to Eplus1.pk3 and Eplus2.pk3 the two first remixed maps of shadow.he 's done a great job and we need more , to gather the first 5 maps for an official release. so any help would be appreciated.Now the best thing you can do is download those two maps below. We need maps of this size and playablity.

If you want a suggestion for ctf, i would recommend you get a grab at the demos from CMC. Observe the way e+ gameplay goes, and then think of how to incorporate the speed into your map.

Exactly Speed is the key in a ctf map, make it with some good slide spots but large enough so players won't score in 3 seconds, something with the mkbase feel but bigger like mapel4b and 4 entrances/exits on each base to add versatility to the capture/defense strategy.
