EASY: Since DIE didn't have 1st war with majonesi as leader, she can use it as much she wants, since she was already in the past die clan.
And about what xed wants, DIE clan should be removed from clandb as how xed asked, so she just can wear it anywhere, but not in website

I dont agree, XED is being childish by saying a old DIE member can not wear the tag public because its a team. haha jeff you kidding ? i think you are small boy from mom and you do not understand certain things i im created this clan trickz specifically went away with another clan to get to me, and do not confuse what you not know. And Natalli I had to come because trickz without her he did not want join to me. I will not be telling the whole story because it will be a whole book. So jeff keep your opinion for yourself and not sticking your nose where it does not need

About DIE: Lol. It's not illegal to have same named clans, we even had 2 nuclears play in same tournament before, the problem is similar to the Alone one because the old leaders want to protect their "intellectual property" while no longer participating in the day-to-day affairs of their old clan. They (DIE2) shouldn't be allowed to continue in Ranking as the old DIE, but they should be able to register on clandb as "Doge is Excessive" or similar name and be placed into the ranking as a new entry. I'd say good luck, but judging by the posts and the amount of aggression shared by both sides, I doubt there'd be a resolution.

It is not about the clan name, its about (at least for me) the tag colors and structure being exactly the same as old DIE and current MU clan, the reasonable person would change that imediately after he been informed that some clan has the same and always had, so its reserved to it.

Like there was an short exchange of words about the newly made AMG clan here on e+ by Kuperon, he been informed that there was an AMG clan already and it was lead by a polish cheater, so he imediately wanted to change his name/colors maybe, but he was also informed that it was long time ago and Poland AMG is no longer on e+ and that he can use such short name, because his tag is not even similar to that in past.

btw, nice move with sending invites to * DIE as I called them: 'your random friends', one of them doesnt even knew that he is in wrong DIE

I was talking with mentos the polish player that re-joined e+ after like 6 years of pause, he wants to join some more experienced clan on e+, he picked MU and was playing with us to show his skills, lately I asked him why he joined MAJONESI * DIE and he told me that he though it is a team from Xed and that he sent him that invite, thats why he accepted it, but doesnt seen himself anywhere as * DIE isnt yet accepted on the clandb, mentos was then removed from * DIE on his own request and invited to original DIE where he was more interested to join, not to just be listed on dead clan, but at least be in active team and maybe later after tryouts in real clan of MU.
