Like there was an short exchange of words about the newly made AMG clan here on e+ by Kuperon, he been informed that there was an AMG clan already and it was lead by a polish cheater, so he imediately wanted to change his name/colors maybe, but he was also informed that it was long time ago and Poland AMG is no longer on e+ and that he can use such short name, because his tag is not even similar to that in past.

I will agree that it's sketchy at best to use the same clantag and colours as the previous reindition of the clan, especeially since MU, which emerged from it is using exactly the same colours as well, so MU's concern is spot on.
However the facts Majonesi is a former member (who left disgruntled after Barlog joined the clan which lead to reformation of old DIE if I remember correctly? which by the way makes things more complicated rather than clears it up) and that the old clan name was dormant, which help Majonesi's point.

All in all I have to say that I tend to side about 35% MU - 65% DIE2 if I thought "ignoring any personal opinions about the individuals involved, who seems to be more right in this situation.?" Because they just want a clan and excessiveplus definitely needs more of those, the playerbase is diminishing, plus cups are attracting 8 clans per tournament and we won't let a 9th in because of personal squabbles? COME ON.*

This DIE2 is no more as a clan for a show, a list of bunch of peoples just to be listed nothing more than to play with this tag and for ranked games, she rather to play on fake nicks than with this tag, tell that 'come on' to her to finally admit she did that on purpose to piss xed only, and not only him, btw DIE2 will not be accepted as I said until she change colors at least, this is not negotiable, so spare me your words about E-, you doesnt care about it.

ok so its my last post about this case then, I am reasonable, majo as soon as you recruit one more member to DIE2 and change colors of this tag, this clan will be accepted on clandb, because why we want a clone of MU anyway?

Why the hostility Camel, read above where I said if this was about people themselves, I'm definitely on your and Xed's side, however the situation itself is a little unfair to them. And even if I am not involved with day to day activities doesn't mean I don't care. Intelligent event organisers (hard, sp, zack, asphyx, turbo) can testify that during the creation of their tournament I provided personal feedback to how improve on certain cup elements (varying in different cases, but normally including: brackets, seeds, tie map selections and tournament formats), based on my cup creation experience in other mods. Despite the elephant in the room that is my sense of detachment from excessiveplus that I've felt since 2009, I'm still here and I still play in selected events don't I? )

Edit: perfect solution by the way) You gave them them both a potential solution AND an opportunity to show their serious intent thus finding out if Majonesi was bluffing or not. The admins of Esreality and House Of Quake (rip ) approve.

Yea lets do this, lets all do whatever we want, ok so I will make now new railyonly clan called SWE, I will then rename myself to Hard*SWE with same colors etc.. then some other guy will do K[] clan, then some others will do 2!Sweet, Wasp, Bac, R2 and AIM+, of course these all clans would be on paper only, but lets pretend they are still here and active and that this community isnt dead or dying yet and have more than 7 plus or rail clans here
