just the prob is some (not just a bit) like to flame and that even in forum .. that wouldnt be really nice if a moderator would be flaming all the time i think 
so it would be hard to find a good moderator for the mod team of the e5 side .

Totally agree with my e5 mattes, would be good take a e5 moderator, will be hard 4 a plus guy know all players, clans..., know all that is happening (problems, differences...)
But the true is that we stay on our e5rank forum and we no participate so much on rest of the forum (the most of us), maybe is cause plus guys started before us using frequently the forum, but, when we go out of e5rank forum we feel like strangers on home

Out of the fame that e5 side can have, are some guys that can perfectly do moderation work, with the qualities that expected from a good moderator.

im always wonder why u guys everytime split us, i do personaly think moderator dont must play at all eny config or game to do his job right
and im realy dont get the arguments like he must know ppl, mater of fact is beter if he dont know them and then he will be more fair in judgment cuz he wont favorize noone

Well now i understand why so many pl voted noone on the list, ofc not all but many of they maybe are e5 players who looking for some known face for they.
The fact is that the priod to register as candidate was open for all, and no one for e5 except gasol wanted to postulate himself.
Any way, the place/vacant mod, have not much realtion with stuff like clank rank, etc.. where maybe is more need it to know players, to moderate general forum imo wich is the vacant if im not wrong, the only thing we need is a madure guy/girl with open mind and who can use well his brain and balls to take wise decitions about others ppl post.
btw the next time when another place/vacant will be open maybe more ppl will want to participate after watch that this, the first one, was true and was able for all.

PS. i guess some of you doesnt know, that moderators should do, mods shouldnt play any of cfg, they only should moderate forums

do you guys not understand, that these are the people who said they wanted to be a mod.
please, if there is a need for a seperate e5 moderator state your case clearly and give a good credible reason, because i am sure if it is needed then it will be provided.
Think along these lines...
which forums need seperate moderation for e5?
what will a mod that plays e5 do different than a non e5 player?
Im pretty sure that the community is not being discriminating against players who enjoy a certain cfg.
