Hmm really i have created a support ticked and the guys have followed up for a few weeks, but it is not a routing issue since you can ask any of the guys here from different locations and they all get huge lag spikes (our server is well known for being laggy all the time 
), not only players from Mexico but even American players and people who has 20's ping living near the Dallas area, I will provide you with screenshots later where people from several locations have huge pings and great packet loss.
But anyways i will pm you for this.

It may be a server configuration issue. I get compliments all the time on how smooth the servers are. Yes, please create a support ticket and we'll check it out.

On another note, it looks like E+ can't be use with OA. Some of the E+ mod pk3 files contain Q3 media -- such as the announcer and hit feeback beeps. Any mod that runs with OA has to be completely GPL based. Bummer.

metalhead, if u have sv_fps at 30, the server gets more sensitive at clientsettings. thats a fact. (even if sv_fps 30 promises better perfomance, but at sv_fps 30 people need to care more their own settings)
personally i dont have probs at deelx, even with ping 180. (check the secret thread)

Mow thanx for the info really i have gone thru all the settings ET tech supports suggest but nothing seems to help, sv_fps 20, 30, you name the values for every server setting and I've tried it already, just now I'm playing at work where I usually have 130 ping at our server and all of sudden my ping goes down to 56ms and other guys who normally are 56 went up to 400ms wtf and then the spike lags man it is getting frustrating and considering other solutions as I stated to tech support on my ticket.

If you can pm me your game server IP that will help. If you set your server to sv_fps 30, it's very important that clients have /snaps 30 or higher, or they'll get very unusual lag spikes. I've also noticed a recent PB update seems to be causing servers that use PB to have lag issues, while those without PB are very smooth. If you can create a new support ticket that'll get us started on the right track.

I suppose if it's not the case, I can just rip em out of the pk3 and use the rest of the mod. I wish I could talk to one of the authors/owners of this mod.

Texas is lagged? It's been very smooth for me. If you rent a server with us and are experiencing lag, please create a support ticket. It's most likely a routing issue.
