Right on, Goddam. If someone is accused of being a cheater, and he isn't one, then he has every right to defend himself and have friends back him without being told to shut up and swallow. I'm sure we all condemn that kind of a society, so why would we want to do the same ourselves?

oO thats again such a senseless line man the cmd pb_sv_enable for sure exist and its for turning on the pb (u must turn autoupdate on in pb.cfg for that the pb updates auto, otherwise pb_sv_update
Sensless? The pb_sv_enable (ok, ok, /rcon pb_sv_enable if done remotely) enables PB on the server and many (most) cheetas will automatically be stoped at the door.
U dont need to know any comands to enable it on the client.
Not to update either; DL pbweb, put it in your PB folder, doubleklick it. Still not a single command needed!
The dudes managed to install and get their Q3 up and running.
Its more like the 2 cent i just gave?:roll:
Perhaps the 10 bucks he talked about was the price of getting an original Q3 copy with a proper CD-key?
PB is 'free' for the user. I think we all know that. There probably is some hidden fee when you buy the game thought. The PB guys surely have to eat too...
2 cent is about the amount of money I spent on electricity and wear of computer to make my poor reply.

ok i think this whole discussion is senseless cause i dont swim too e+ via sausagesoup man, the super pbweb is an update program for servers which has any graphics in it cause it requieres any graphic card, cause it runs in a small window 
there i would ask me how too update too the root so i try too compile this program and write it so that it runs without any graphiks, iam on that until today (heavy stuff)
but then i see this 2 datas for updating manually pb and i try this, it works pb is updated optimal and now i can update it vie the pb_sv_update cmd too 
and about the prize ....... no comment

and if so many server admins have a problem with cheaters, they just leave
PB on all the time! Plain and simple.....
By the way, possible cheater detected, voldemort. Not the one with red and black colors in the name, just voldemort. check it out if you got the time... :!:

But as you know visor.... some cheats are not picked up by punkbuster...
as for voldermort - i think he is one of ours but will check up anyway..

i didnt ask anyone to shut up OR swallow, but saying a friendly word to support someone is one thing and keep going on fighting someone elses war is a different thing... well of cource i would like to have the support of people if i ever get accused of anything but i would certainly fight my own war
