Y DID MOW-Q BAN ALL DESTS FROM THE SERVER AND THEN TOLD US, WE ALL NEED NEW KEYS????
Y DIDNT HE ANSWER ANY TRY FREAK AND BSTI REACHING HIM?
HOW DOES PB IDENTYFIES PPL WHO HAVE BEEN CAUGHT?

i can explain u how pb IDENTYFIES ppl ...
its the guid something like this here 5ab91f59025c9627d090f697b22a52b0
this number isnt anything else as the cd-key encodet/encrypted, thats with what the pb identyfie you and all other ppl, i think
dont know 100% may be there are some other factors in the hashcode like a attached number of your quake (but i dont think so)
the rest ..... dunno the situation which was there ^^

its very good theres a thread where cheaters are made out but its a difference if u catch a preson who spends no time in quake and cheats and a person who plays quake every day, winning and losnig every day in freeze, tdm tournament or any other gametype. spending much of time in it cos he loves the game. persons like this dont cheat. i cant believe they do. i cant believe anyone is so stupid.
i realy dont care if theres a 2|sweet server where. i dont play on it since the day i was banned because i said to tyrant: "die you ass! 
" the next chat replay came from mow: "ban???"
i said:" yes, plz ban me! its important to ban ppl for saying: die u ass! :D"
i cant stand with such a shit. one sec after i was banned bsti asked her, what her problem is and she said, she banned me cos i made her ridiculousl in front of the other players...
im sorry, but no respect for him.
then bsti asked him what about a war to deal it out 
the answer from mow: cheatclan vs non-cheater clan?
(that was two days after ram has left dest cos of the cheating storry)
i dont give anyone respect for spending his time for a server where i am treaten like that and the owner has fear to lose his face.

IP ? sure ? i dont think so cause i can change my ip how i want and i think u can too, for show every time ur router/mode starts new or gets disconnected and connects again u get a new ip so its not really artful too compile the hash with the cd-key or whatever ...
perhaps there is something like a pc-number (in network) dunno but for sure not the ip or ?

GUID = global unique identifier, like name said no need pair guid+ipadress. Providers give to You each time diferent ip adress in his net range. Guid is unique, and does really mather wich ip adress You have. Guid is global unique identifier generated from CD key, but I am not sure how guid generate cdkey+perhaps processor id some function and there guid... or maybe cd key is unique.

There is no fear, i just don't discuss with persons, who are defending cheaters.
