So, Mr. Dest-Leader,

as I had mentioned already in this thread. I do not have anything against you personally, I have something against how you control the things.

For the incident some weeks ago:
bsti and another (Fakenicked) was on the 2!S Server. Mr Faknick was unfriendly on the server, he offended people. Bsti supported him. Then I said, "stop insulting or ban" or similar. Mr. Fakenick turned out then. That had convinced me then to ban "bsti" and "Mr Fakenick".

These bans was planned to unban after 1 or 2 days but i forget that incident. That through that still a lot of other Dest were banned, is not my mistake, it's Dests mistake if they share cd-keys or whatever.

One day i played a 1vs1 with a dest, i don't remember who it was. This guy said to me, that many Dest are still banned. Then i remembered the incident and i unbanned u guys immediately.

Now for my statement "Dest = cheaterclan". That is associated with that, that you guys have defended RAM after he was busted by PB for cheating. If one defends a Cheater than it can mean only 2 things. Low knowledge or Cheats are shared in Clan.

Only to Yours information:
I am meanwhile convinced, that DEST is not a Cheaterclan, but, in DEST there is presumably not a lot KNOW-HOW, i want to excuse my self for this statement.

So, now to me:
That what u call arrogance that i call beeing direct. I have not to be blathered from people that search their own mistakes at others. I am direct, because I have simply not any time to be "dear and friendly", and i have simply not the time to make out of every small problem a diplomatic basic principle discussion.

I receive every day of 10-15 PM's that I answer all (almost all) I receive every day arround 5-10 E-Mails, wich I also all answers (almost all). If there are problems on the servers, I attempt to determine the cause immediately. I am there for the players the half of my freetime without requiring a return service. I handle all people on the same way and when something does not suit than I bring that to the expression.

I do not do any differences in this case whether it is a question of a HQ, Wax, Dark or anyone else. You can ask HQ, Wax and Dark once whether I am always dear and nice and put always beautifully well my head in theirs ass, or whether I say my opinion to those ones also on the direct way.

Once again, two basic principles for you:
- Insulting = ban (unban after a week)
- Cheat = ban forever without diskussion.

You must always consider, that what happens on my servers, reflects on me, and if I do not stop the negative, a negative light falls on me. And that is a point which I will prevent at all costs!

Finally:
If a 2!S should be caught once for cheating, he/she/it gets banned and tarred as every other Cheater also!

hey m8s its me Blizzard! and i want to tell u something about FreaK!

i know freak since 1 year now and he gets sometimes problems with his quake so i have to do this cause he know not really mutch about this game and the configs in this game! so i was on his computer and reinstall quake 3 arena and do all things like pointrelease and put 1.03 on it! so all his configs were deleated from his pc! he plays with the same configuration then i did! and as i said for some months as i stoped playing this mod.... i am a chaeter and used this sneaky chaet (mokey.... ~>Aimbot....)! and in my cfg there where "seta mon_key 1" as in freaks config! so cause all his cfg where deleated i gave him my own ex config cause of the settings.... so in this config "From myself" there stand this cheat! and he didnt know anything about this cheat and i thought i had deleate this thing (in cgf)! so freak "was cought" with my cfg and no cheat on his pc or in the quake 3 arena folder!

he talked to me yesterday and i read my old conf and there i saw that this command was there!

so plz guys and m8s dont say freak is a cheater cause he "was cought" with my old "cheater config" !

i like freak so i hope that he can play this mod anymore and dont be named a cheater cause of a mistake from my side!

as yeah said... freak loves this game and he plays it sometimes 6 hours a day and sometimes in the night! and he loose and wins! but he didnt cheat or knew somthing about thi cvar in his config!

i hope that u will read this and talk a round more to u guys! freak deleate this cvar out of his config and dont et any programm with the name monkey!

Sharing configs is not so uncommon in Quake, so that's not really a valid point.

Still, I don't know what to make of this. I've seen exactly this happen to someone before where the person in question really got a bad config from someone else with illegal cvars in it, got "caught" by PB and kicked. I know with 100% certainty that person never cheated, so I'm not going to strike down blizzard's claims just yet. Luckily the case was clarified in favor of the "victim" back then, but I have the feeling that person wouldn't stand a chance these days despite his innocence.

Not taking any position here, the chances are 50/50, I'm just saying the case isn't closed for me yet.
