hq, we muss change all in cfg because we use bad setting: to high fps and sesitive, disable mouse acceleration.
seriously, maybe turn on pb with caviars control: com_maxfps muss be highes than 85 fps. http://www.clanbase.com/rules.php?lid=1937#client its nice rules in clanbase.

on the german keyboard it is the key Ä, i dont know what it is in the U.S.A or poland, you have to try 
The message is: "Cheats are not enabled on this server"
