how ? is easy hq !
first /sensitivity 0.1 <<<
then /cl_mouseaccel 50 <<<
then /com_maxfps 15 30 min playing so !
then /com_maxfps 20 15 min playing so !
then /com_maxfps 25 so playing for 30 min again then your eyes are know the slow motion but for u is ok ! the eyes don't need more then 30 fps

ok accel is not always 50 only for training hq but i use realy high accel and low sens !
this is easy way to train eyes ! is not a joke or other fuckin shit is true !

sorry but i said it i don't know the quake 3 config
and so i think someone is a cheater when he press a key and you can read "cheats are not allowed on this server"
