does anybody knows a program for converting demos of quake to any format...i want to make a short-film of good matches...a vid for the power of excessive plus!!!

i know, i can even record in .mov files, but there are only frame for frame pics availible...also not a lot of work, but the fastest way is just to convert them with a prog.....????????

so, pls let me know, if somebody knows one...thx!

convert to seperate jpgs(or what ever it is0 with cl_avidemo 25(25 screenies a second) and put em together.

If you want i can look up some emailadresses from other movie makers in q3x(not plus) to see if they can tell you how to do it or give you some extra tips.

Demos gets recorded as avi files directly playable in any external mediaplayer that handles the filetype.
To then convert the avi to something else, there are numerous programs to select from.
Quality of the 'moviedemos' created is disputed Happy

I can only say, try it and judge yourself!
Gamecam is free.

what's gamecam? is it like going in as spec but recording? if so does it work with hitman contracts or sodier of fortune (1) ?
