So far the only map I can hold close to 125fps on has been cpm3a Laughing What are the odds of playing that map in E+? Big grin

Interestingly, I'm just noticing that my FPS problems are mostly in E+. Playing baseq3 or cpma with the same config, and they're doing fine for the most part, hah

Let me rephrase that... I'm not getting 125fps in baseq3 or the other mods either. I'm getting a consistent 105fps, no dips... so it's not a big deal. E+ is the only problem... there's dips that interfere with gameplay.

Edit: HA... it looks like my problem was using DVI Laughing The monitor can only do 60hz refresh on DVI, and apparently Quake did not like that Happy I switched to the VGA cable and kicked it up to 75hz. It seems to be doing MUCH better now  Laughing
