ok, I've just finished dealing with all the bans of this month, I think that the HiszY Servers should be reasonabely clean by now, check it out if you want and let me know if I missed something. ok, then I hope that if nothing happens tomorrow I'll can answer here.

@1st_In_Hell: ok, I'll respond about HiszY, about other places like HiszY, you'll know, yes, by now I think that may be you're the only who can have a argument here against HiszY, yes, I told you that your case was really extraordinarie but unfortunately (or fortunately) I generaly don't take the decisions at HiszY alone, I can say to someone that he/she may be wrong but not to everybody, generaly when nearly everybody but a few people say something that people is rigth, although like I told you I was also one of that people who though that you was wallhacking because yes I can understand that enemies make sound but a standing flag? you always knew exactly where any flag was, so I don't know, but anyways besides the cheating like commented the most important is always common sense and your gaming at the HiszY Servers in particular on the ctf one made no sense at all each time you connected you emptied the server and ended playing against yourself, ok and couple of brand new noobs that didn't even know what was going, switching teams to even the score and then quited, so I don't see what's the point of that, and anyways I think that your exagerated reaction to this totally leave you outside of any kind of argument and leave you in evidence.

1) that's so sad, yes, Level VII bans are also designed with the intention that people just forget about the place. the live ban is obvious, at HiszY we do not joke with the ban policy so as you're commenting if for whatever reason is found that a banned user managed to get into the servers I stop doing anything I was doing (always preserving the level and a Level VII incident is the most prioritary) to enforce that ban.

2) well actually you don't need to tell me what the scope of your project was because like I told you I saw myself it was fair now, I was talking in past, ok, anyways, thanks for the explanations, yes, like the previous point, that's also so sad but as you can understand if you never tell it to me and the only thing you do is start trying to ridiculize us I can not know it just with the time and like commented before that's a risk that I will not take again because I don't know what's the "culture" at this place but I can tell you that the "culture" at HiszY has nothing to do with that the culture at HiszY is something more like this:

you start with your own server just for you to have fun because there wasn't any other serious alternative around and you also start evolutioning it to make it your own -> on the way you just find a few nice people and most notabely some random noobs and some guys that mainly the only thing that come to do to your server is cause problems, disrespect you and your stuff and tell you to just limit you to do the same things that everybody does and to copy others stuff -> you just keep doing your job for that few nice people and supporting those noobs and ignoring those other users -> surprisingly, few months later after all you find that your project has become a hit and then you also find that all those random noobs that you were supporting team-up all together just to take the place which belongs to you away from you with the support of the friends of all those guys that the only thing that made it was told you that neither you nor your stuff worth by start spaming all over the place without sense about how bad you and your stuff is and how great they and their stuff is and even allowing them to spread the rumor that they're the original and it was you who in fact copied them

3) and all this is just the effects of that (I though that you were also aware of all this, didn't you?) so do you understand the policy now?

@mow Q [EN]: well, first, I don't know what my stuff did with you but I can tell for sure that I did nothing with you, you didn't want to know about me? you wouldn't have mentioned me. second, like I explained at other user, I'm sorry but it's not that easy to document the bans at HiszY however I see that you keep being unable to provide anyother info beside mindless hating for your already famous four bans so if you would have been really banned at the HiszY Servers you should have know that the default ban message contains my contact address and you wouldn't have to look at other user screenshot to critize that the default ban message at HiszY is just banned thing that then proves that as I though you just connected a couple of minutes under your real nick, ^o^0^x999900f^12^0b im^x666666pi^0us, just to spectate the game the tuesday 22 of June of 2010 so is not my fault that people even knowing my contact and therefore the HiszY domain open a thread here asking about HiszY. third, either way, for such events is why I decided to start the thread myself so since it looks that your mindless hating rule is per thread then as very appropiately pointed your mate fala please stop spaming because you already have spent your mindless hating quota.

@[IS)* BENEDYKTXVI: you totally got it mate, that's all, I'm not here to stand anyone, I'm here just to do the things the best I can. about the reasons, yes, I agree that many times I'm a bit paranoid but everything has a reason (just check shudder's answer) and as you pointed lot of times is just as simple as talk. and finally, well, my priority is to offer a service of quality to the maximun range of people so the servers pretend to adequate to anyone without exceptions and that of course include noobs.
