Servers: Official TAG 1v1 FFA CTF e5 cfg
Manifestations: Lags*
When i shooting and jumping with nade - no lags
When i run or stand in one place - lags*
When i run or stand in one place and i have open console - no lags
When i close this console immediately - lags*
When on server is more ppl - less lag
When less ppl - bigger lag
So what the fuck is going on? Someone can help me?

Maybe.. "sv_fps" has been set wrongly by standard.

hmm if im right some people use 20
but if u wanna use 125 u need the same snaps as sv_fps (/snaps 125)

i set snap and sv_fps to 20 and dont help
