imo we should ban all cheaters forever 
but ofc if u want to ban him, then at least for 6 months
after amount of that time, he should realise that he did wrong

i'd give to him a chance, after the ranking ban for about till september. if he will use a cheats after this then permanent ban.

fresh, how u want to conrtole that? It is better to get them back with their real nick as when thy change nick to be a new player.
If we don't force them to change there ID (so nobody knows who they are), we have a little chance to controle the situation.

on a more professional ranking and events, like cb cheating have 6 months ban penalty
and as i pointed many times, i am not convinced about shadow using any aim adds

best way to control it is to show them that cheats ARE BAD and try to convert them to be fair players.
Banning won't do a shit, Shadow is banned already isn't he ? and he already changed his nickname and created FF'
This is going to nowhere...
what we need is to get those custom hacks which he was using, this would be huge step in his issue
