Hi,

Some american player is presenting himself as me. I don't know why.
First I spectated on AIM+ Clan server and he callvoted kick me for using aimbot. I was kicked (and anyone who knows me, I dont cheat). Then I went to play to Project 9 and he came there and started using my name, dunno why. He also tried to kick me out of the server again. I hope someone could help me with this because I don't want to get banned from any server because of his behaviour. He isn't the most nice player around there. Here are few screenshots of his chat:

I just don't want any problems because of him. If you see player using white colored name all!son and the player isn't using Finnish flag, the player isnt me. Thanks.

that sucks.. post the time/date this happened and im sure the admin can check the log and have that person banned.

Date is 30/07/07 and last time on the screen capture is 18.37. He said though that if he gets banned or smth he will just get new GUID and come back.

Well that was annoying to read aboute..it must be hard Allison Sad But dont worry you did a good thing to put this issue into light. it sound almost like the same guy, i once had a fun time with.

He callvoted me for laming, teamshooting, aimbot. and etc etc. He also used my name and reconnected several times. and started to acting funny. And tried to make me look bad by behaving bad. with my tag.

Well fortunently people looked through it and callvoted to kick the fake "psy" out.. they identfied him by id Happy The funny thing, was.. the purpose of his acting was to make me look bad... But he didnt realized he made himself look bad, and made me to a victim. So the outcome of it was i got really nice friends that united voted him out time after time. they really stand on my side to helping me. It was even player that didnt liked me before, and they stod up to me. That was touching. :')

Well i also tried to talk to him, allthough. at first he tried to insult me.. but listen here people. dont even try. Its pointless. nothing that comes from a idiot can ever insult me. For me he is nothing. Only people who are close to me can, so... players out there who dont like me... you have to get to know me to insult me. But then when you once get to know me you never want to.

I have vauge feeling that this one also was an american, sayin USA rules or whatever... the funny thing is, he could be very clever, or incredible stupid. No need to explain further.
It is doubleplay in its beauty Happy

A little note.. that day was the last i've seen of him. It looks like he is now picking on you allison.

I checked his aliases as a referee (the screen print didnt for some reason capture the list). I noticed that he uses LOTS of aliases. I believe he has new name every time. He laughs in the chat like 'ahahaha' (not normal haha) all the time when he is playing from which you can recognize him. I'm sure many players from ctf servers know this player. He many times shouts some 'USA rules the world' type of slogans and he is constantly complaining just about everything.

There are couple of truly annoying US players (this name stealer is one of them) and one german cheater which I really would like to get rid of. Otherwise Project9 has been good place to play. Winking

if you can get the ip - we can initiate a ban on his/her range on plenty of servers.
idiots like this are only after 1 thing - attention - dont give them any and they got no reason to act up. the more you argue/bitch with these rodchompers the harder they push. all they want is a reaction to make themselves feel like they can have an impact on the lives of others, cause they are so insignificant in the real world.
dont give them what they want - ever.

allison, i belive there is my msn and email in p9 crontab, reffer to its motd next time, it clearly says how to report anything on server, now i must search thru logs Sleepy that is hard...

Not really that there is anything in logs, as he changed name when he was connected there is no ip, guid or anything, and he didn't reconnect or so... so, you can add me to msn and tell me what whois said, what alias or do nothing and wait until he is there again and some admin also
