i'm gonna answer for myself now, i need the following things:

1) a neutral organizer that investigates everything by asking the 2 clans what are making trouble

2) a organizer that can ignore posts and think for himself

3) a nice cold beer

4) read, think, ask around if youre not sure and a reaction with knowledge
