That is freeze setting though since there aren't any rounds in TDM, just respawn, so it won't make any difference. I still don't get why you don't like xp_freezing - it's a much more effective setting for making people move than having armours enabled. With armours players just hover around the same rooms where mega and red armour are at...
Anyway, do a vote. Make a few a suggestions with feasble xp_freezing and xp_itemstyle combinations and let each clan (NOT EACH PLAYER) decide which they'll prefer - which ever gets highest votes is the official cfg for the tournament.
omg why dont u hold same settings which were in all freeze caps? why do we need to change 1 million settings. At plusN.cfg with itemstyle 2 all is fine, every fw goes on theese settings.
My personal vote is for standard PlusN.cfg with xp_itemstyle1...

DS vote is for itemstyle 1.If u wanna gather armors and health just go play osp/ql, here we have e+. Or if its possible make rail instant kill.
