The way I see it, as many says, without mr. and mulle, both as serveradmins and as competitors, the e+ community wouldn't be anything near as it is today, and we are really really grateful, all of us, of all you've done for us. But the problem with this, is that the way it is today (not just because of mr. and mulle) the community won't grow a bit bigger, thats our problem. And sorry if it sounds as if we are ungrateful for everything you've done, because I know, we aren't.

As I said, the problem with the current state, the community won't grow a bit bigger, that's because there are too few oportunities for smaller clans to grow. We in GenX, of course wants to be biggest, baddest, and best , just like every other clan in every game community, of course we understand that everyone can't be, and that everyone also set those goals. This is where the problem lies, we feel that there are too few clans in this community, and we want the challange to grow bigger, in skills, not in number. That is why we aren't recruiting any more, we have the number of players we need, and because we wan't to give other clans chances to make overselves, and theirselves better, we wan't new and more clans. That is why we feel that it is unfair that not all clans have this as a goal, because if one clan has every member in the community, there wouldn't be any competition. And not only have you in mr. got plenty of members, you also work against all other clans, you take their chances of recruiting members, and that is unfair. Being the best isn't about having monopoly on members, it's about getting challanges, and the way it is now, you don't get the oportunity to get challanges, because there aren't really enough clans to make the community grow!

Anyway, that's my opinion, you may agree or disagree, it doesn't mather.. the community still needs more clans...

I think we should come to an agreement that mr and GenX dont recruit any more members but help other clans get new members start new clans, we all benefit from it.

Of *course* if a friend asks to join and you can fit him thats one thing but active recruiting of all good players really is killing the clan community. BRO5 has 4 playing members atm when Emission is not playing, this makes it kind of hard for them in the league WASP is recruiting a north division of european players to play against us low ping bastards but both of them are having a hard time. I know wIz did a try to recruit some new members too before going to mr. (Oh and although I think it is sad that they split up this one I think is done the right way, they asked you and they are good friends. Not that you need my approval, just want you to know that the wiz thing is not what I am writing about here). Too bad they didnt try a little longer.

Then there are some players that wont join any other clan than mr or GenX because well, we are at least thought to be the best active clans out there in e+. I guess I can understand how they think but if we simply say no, maybe all these good players get pissed at us and start a new clan to beat us senseless. Wohoo, that'd be great This is the main reason GenX exists, I wasn't pissed at mr clan but rather than joining or trying to join mr (or bro, the only other clan at the time with any numbers) I wanted to beat them (which we are going to do bigtime of course! :twisted: ) or at least take as many of them with me going down. And because we refused to recruit FSS, although at the time he would suit us fine, because we wanted him to start a new clan instead we got FRV.
