I would like to know if there is a Video Capture program like FRAPS for windows 98 that could be free [or offered in trial version] that could make good q3videos. Don't give me pjBmp2Avi because I don't want to make (SCREENSHOTS) recording of my demos. I just wanna know if there is any programs like FRAPS who are free and that record screen action and that is able to get a reasonable amount of frame per second for windows 98.

u could try older version of fraps
rename the file to exe i dont know how good it works i never tried it out
u can also record such shit with q3 
ps: btw win xp/2000 suxx i also use 98

To answer your question I am too long removed from serious gaming to know which mouse is the best for playing Q3. From my experience the best ine is the one that suits YOU the best;). I found the ergonomics of mx518 great
