just for an more detailed explaination.

ascari never showed much interest in being a mod and bringing e+ a lot forward, he even told me he lacks the time to do some stuff which would bring the community forward, this has nothing to do with being a mod however besides time.

asphyx is kinda they guy in bringing the mod forward but sametime it might cause odd stuff due to his english, neither i know if he is up for enforcing rules much, but he wouldnt do bad stuff with mod either.

about fala, all i can say is that he will do the job with as much precision as he rails ingame, which will leaves us with 3 results: A) the community changes - Cool the rules change or C) some people will get quite a ban. fala will not abuse any rights anywhere.

I voted for fala, I think asphyx would take too much responsibility on himself, he is number one event organizer here, I wouldn't want that to suffer cause of his new duties. I don't know Ascari that well, so I didn't vote for him.
