Warnerman i am sorry, i read the log once more and i have to say my behaviour was not right!!! i didnt really think about what i have done, it was not the right way and with that i damaged the image of c4!!! that was not my intention so all things i had said werent serious like my behaviour and i promise that i will be a better admin in the future!!! finally i hope u will accept my excuse Warnerman and that there isnt so much trouble again!!!

• I was involved in that mass flame fight, I dont like fights and flaming, I never like.
• If I made any insult to anyone and then somebody feel bad because of that I also here apologuise to all people involved.

Nice that the whole case took peaceful turn, nevertheless I am firmly convinced by that, that warner acted also incorrectly.

Warner put C4 onto the pillory "C4 is no serious clan". Concerning that, warner's conduct was despicable.

Instead of speaking with IO, who is "solely" responsible for C4, Warnerman fooled the whole clan as unserious instead of keeping it concerned to the related person.

If my job-colleague would be an alcoholic, I would write no letter and hang it on the black board!! We are in this case colleagues, whether we like eachother, or even not. But we must manage with each other, and such cases interrupt the working climate (community climate) enormously.

Since the whole case happened on a server for which I am fundamentally responsible, I feel involved in this case. And since Warnerman has offended C4 publicly, I must also intervene concerning that.

Damn, is that to be understood so heavily? If one has a problem with "a" member of a clan, one attempts then nevertheless to clear the case with "this" member. If that does not lead to success, than you can speak then with the Clanleader before you put a clan in public onto the pillory. Public threads are only necessary in such cases if the private way is not satisfactory.

I would like to accept, that warner is right in the basic principle, however he behaved just the same badly as Fortune in that he attacked C4 public.

There is a phrase, which is known surely by everybody. "Don't make a elephant out of a fly. It is easy to kill a fly, but try to kill a elephant with a swatter!".

In this second, in which warner has created his thread, he made that elephant out of the fly.

Some of you would think, damn Mow, he takes that all a lot too seriously. Maybe you are right with that.

But I take that so seriously because:
• I found many nice people in Excessive Plus, to which i feel addicted.
• I invest a lot in the servers (Costs 978 per annum)
• I invest a lot of time and work in the servers and I consider not only my wishes, but also the wishes of other ones at that

I want to have no thanks since I make that all really voluntary and no one begged me for that, however, everyone of the people who run servers by themself, can comprehend my views even if don't dont share it completly.

So, summarised (imo):
• If we want to be a Community, we must manage with each other, so as we are, whether we like eachother or not.
• Problems should be cleared preferably in an intern way
• To denounce public should be the last solution, just if you come in a private way to no result going public can help.

(And i heared from some, that people tell arround, that i want to play bigboss or something, this is not true, u can ask c4, lemon, KO and SWE if i play big boss to them. I dont tell them, how to handle Server, i dont ask for any return service or something. I just let them play on their server)
