thanks for confirming that.
i am now looking at the steelseries keyboards (6gv2 and 7g). I think I will go for the 6gv2 because of the uk layout and the backspace key isn't on of those small ones. other than that the 7g comes with a rest and the 6g doesn't (not sure if i would use that anyway).
do not listen to those guys maybe aside skull

cherry switches are the best mechanical key switches on earth
i read that the black switches are generally better for gaming (and are the ones used in the 7g) (http://www.overclock.net/computer-peripherals/491752-mechanical-keyboard-guide.html), yet your link is to one with the brown switches. is this a matter of personal preference? I wish I could try each before making a decision. i was looking at the Majestouch Tenkeyless Linear Force keyboard (as i have limited desk space) but they wont release that in a uk layout for another 6 months at least.

now seriously: the best keyboard is the one that gives you confort in using it .. as many tastes we ppl have as many "best keyboards" there are
i like those that have less height keys cause this way the reaction is better + no annyoing sounds
My top most annoying keys sounds are:
Space-bar
Backspace
Big Centered Enter
Small Centered Enter

DIVX, i did give a link to brown ones without a purpose, filco keyboards seems to be ones of the best, and colors of the switches informs about the way they feel when they are pressed so yeah mater of the preferences i guess
this ones for u
