cherry switches are the best mechanical key switches on earth
i was looking at the Majestouch Tenkeyless Linear Force keyboard (as i have limited desk space) but they wont release that in a uk layout for another 6 months at least.
elitekeyboards update:
Where are all the FILCO keyboards? -
EliteKeyboards has made great strides in bringing the FILCO keyboard
brand from obscurity to popularity over the past couple of years, but
unfortunately our supplier is no longer able to meet the demands of our
market. Not to worry! We're moving on to a new brand that will meet or
exceed the quality of FILCO while providing a better value for our
customers.
the replacement will be the Leopold FC200R Coming in 2011 Jan/Feb (about the same time that filco may release the tenkeylesss boards with the uk layout - although elitekeyboards wont be supplying these, its cheaper to get one from a local supplier (uk - http://www.keyboardco.com).

A4tech KD-126
Thin laser engraved keys, so you never rub them off, LED on/off option handy at dark day time, buttons very responsive, and i think maybe to tape them with some transparent tape, coz black material feels cheap, and i think the surface of keys can be rubbed off in some time, so to save the surface for some longer time, maybe some transparent tape or sth similar shit would do the job, ~30$ here, and those 200$ keybs by razer looks like retardationus damnatus for me
the best is my black kaybord ; >
a4tech. ps2

I'm a copywriter and I currently use the K800 from Logitech. It's by far the best I've used, great for typing and also gaming. No problems with multiple key presses and them not recording.
this one, but very expensive
Luckily I have my steelseries 7g, and i can say its perfect.
