hm... only want to tell you that i will get a new pc this week 
its a gaming pc (what else, lol), for the new games like crysis, far cry 2, cod 4, nfs pr, etc...

for little extra, u can have the E6850 which is 3.0ghz 1333fsb, so u may as well imo

well the point of a better processor is ofcourse what it says in the name...processes data faster...and to put it simply, 3.0ghz is a big increase in cpu terms from 2.66ghz, and you will see differences in everything in both games & software...its also worth adding that if ur keen on overclocking ur cpu u may want to consider extra cooling options, but i dont know how much you plan on doing it by - u can take core2duo a long way on stock cooling
