Your workout program
I've noticed that this community has some people who are quite into working out, and living their life in a healthy way.
Lets use this topic to talk about what kind of workouts do you do at home/gym/outside, and share experience about it.
The winter is coming and home workout programs are used more in this period, and i would like to know for start what kind of cardio excercises are the best to do at home. ( i personally dislike lifting weights and using machines at gym). I've tried today this one, but its too intense and for more experienced/fit/in shape people. Do not try this , if you haven't done any workouts for some time, your heart may explode, no joke!
Another good program is "Insanity", but its also for advanced fitness lovers. I was using it 2 years ago, and it really gave me awesome results.
For now i'm looking for some starters workout, since it was long time since i trained and i want to get back in shape during the winter.
Squats, squats.... and more squats.
I think its useless to plan for a winter. this kind of trainings needs years to be effective. if you just want to move a bit then i would suggest you something else. About these programs: Everybody is different, muscles react different way to this excerices. I suggest you to make an own program, use the elements of others what fits you and just leave the rest. It will come 1-1,5 year after starting things srsly when you are really into it and you know your body well. Be patient its the most important. Also do the streching a lot ppl are skipping that part but its a basic thing. If you want me to share my routine let me know (but im doing bodybuilding not fitness)
i was doing something like ninja but with other variations, walking, runing, with a proper itensity u can loss up to 10kg monthly, of course u need a diet from vegetables + meat and stop to drink anything aside water
it will help to losse fat, but to gain u will need something comletelly diferent
@bong, i would like to know what your doing, my curent routine is kind of deadly one, i think i do to much, my results drops because i train every second day 8 excersises a day
i play badminton xd
i play quake and run many kilometers by my model at many maps by many hours my model looks very sexy atm. is more handsome than this guy:
I'm doing this same kind of workout every second day. 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Repeat about 40 rounds, which will make it about 30 minutes long. It is pretty hard, i've got to admit. Moves are pretty much the same as in that first video.
For a starter workout you could try this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ZFehQqNuB0&feature=plcp
For first, try to do it for 15 minutes and if you don't feel dead enough, add more rounds
Also, you could buy all those weights to your own house. Going to gym sucks, but it's really cool when you have weights in your own house. I just walk upstairs and there they are waiting for me
I do 20 sitUps each morning (before i get up)
and some pushUps from time to time!

If you are millionare you can set up a cool gym at home thats true. But going to gym rox also at least for me.
You cant GET IN SHAPE during one winter, it takes years or training and eating properly to get into any kind of good shape. you can have a good start tho.

You dont have to be a rich or have a "cool" gym at home or go into one to make progress.
