turbo what if i tell you that i can get those results and look like you on those pictures without even going at gym once? Happy i can get that shape with only doing the natural workouts with lifting my own body only, via excercises like push-ups, pull-ups etc... Tongue my torso and arms was looking almost the same as yours on that 2nd picture you uploaded, and all i was doing were push-ups and pull-ups with many variation, crunches and i was running and swimming to burn body fat, and to get ripped.

yes that right observation, but to gain i would rather focus on that group and give it a lot more rest, if u train that much they shape themselves better but its actually hard to gain the centimeters that way according to what i read everywhere in internet and tested it on my as well, fat is always pain in the ass when u gain but when u eat much and rest much this always will lead to getting some fat

as i said old pictures there Happy and its about 90kg pictures cant show really the size. anyway gl with that also dont forget im not living a healthy life and i know it pulls me back. Will change soon the ill post the results.

@bong, i would like to know what your doing, my curent routine is kind of deadly one, i think i do to much, my results drops because i train every second day 8 excersises a day

btw, do you think that drinking anything aside water is really important and can affect your results alot? I'm not drinking anything too unhealthy, like soft drinks. But I am drinking milk pretty often.

yes it afects the results a lot, there are provent test by sience that milk actually makes fat loss a lot harder, milk should be rather used when u bulking

if comes to the rest drinks, if u want to have good efects dont drink nothing aside water, because all other stuf including natural juice contains sugars, thats why also most diets for fat los have no fruits or real small amount of fruits included

also when u feel hungry u can drink simply water

@bong, u are wrong about milk quite much, google for it, it has been proven in test that drinking milk makes cutting/fat loss a lot harder

Depends. Im drinking milk in off season (when gaining) you wont gain less if you drink it. But if you are on diet thats an other thing for sure u have to leave it tricky was not clear about what do he really want.

do not kill me masters of trainigs but how about became good even without scheduled trainings and without using many pro addons to food for making us bigger or better or stronger?

it was ok for you to post a photo of you NOW, and another photo of where you want to get. but anyway.
bitch, if you don't have ultra mega fat on you, then you are good to go only with exercises using your own body. bitch, start running, and running during winter in snow is the best and hard thing to do. Bigger effort, better results for your health. I like running in the winter more than in summer. bitch, continue swimming(the best sport ever).bitch, eat healthy and drink anything, but not excessive.
i don't think you want to get ripped like male models or something, you only want to get a better shape of your body.
