can only see one screenshot there. That looks kinda weird, all times say 15:40, 3 rail kills within 1 sec??
and vote passed, vote passed, vote passed, looks like over more time than shown, so possibly vote time elapsed? unless the other screens you posted show otherwise, they look like they have been removed from hosting.

15 is the hour and 40 is the minutes, nothing weird, it's only a screen whitch show what appened from when i called a vote untill the vote was accepted.

Server is beer freeze but I think that this problem is not linked to the server, I told it to impius and he told me to post here, this was not my issue before and it's not my issue now, if they want they will fix it.
