I say this is cheat but when i called vote pb after almost a minute he wasn't kicked Then he disconnected.

I know why pb dont detect this cheat, cos on HK FFA server when u enable pb by callvote pb are turned to On but cvar list are empty and that is the problem, on my TC servers when u turn pb by callvote cvarlist are always working good, that cheat can be only detected by md5tool maybe and that cvar list, on the screen u can see that cvarlist are empty, in my opinion that pb protection is not worth.
