and as far as i know,on average, im on the same skill position as him or smth like that so definetely cant call him a cheater. anyway dont want know to reopen the story with reasons that i dont think he is a cheater ...

its just weird that you havent spoke to him and after all this time are coming on to defend him, which BTW i find admirable...
i would be looking at treating this person as someone who let my clan down though. but maybe my version of clan is diferent than yours? i would have offered advice after the last occasion, and then maybe this situation would never have arisen. it is now too late i suppose to say what should or shouldnt be done, could or couldnt time has passed. its just safe to say that there is a lot of doubt in people minds about his integrity. and ignoring the situation wont make it go away, and your attempt at buying him more time has made it worse.. sorry guy i know your trying to help, i just want to put over the way i see it..

erhm ive tried to help him and he gave me some screenshots before he posted those there(badly ive changed pc last week so i dont have them anymore) and i told him to delete what i've THINK it was wrong and after he told me that q3 doesnt work anymore and dunno from there ... ive told him to stay away from servers for those 2 months(that penalty mow gave for 2s servers)
didnt spoke with him from then about this cheat issue anymore ... maybe he brought deva a little down, but (IMO) it wasnt his fault and im sure he didnt do that on purpose.
anyway so from ur side there is no chance for panic in this comunity(e+) ? Till now i THINK i know (obviously) whats ur opinion about him, but wait for what panic has to say about this + those screens that u or someelse requested them .
Imo to not tell that he "corrected" those screen as he wanted and them upload them here, better use vnc and see with ur own eyes what he got on the quake folder ... btw like ive said no more post from my side over here ... dont want to make more problems than there are already

i can only speak for myself kraster, and would not dare to speak for the community, i am prepared to take your word for now that this is an entirely unfortunate series of events. you have put deva's reputation on teh line here and that must speak for something. i know others want to see evidence of his innocence because he has been found to be in possesion before.. not because the community is unfair.
I for one am not going to raise this matter again, but would like to stress that it is only your actions that have led me to my thoughts and that panic owes you his gratitude and should furthermore submit any evidence he has to back up his claims, if only in respect for you..

like ive said (2posts above) i might be wrong about him, and if this problem will take this bad way i will not talk with him anymore and i will be sure tehace(deva leader) will take the fair decision he have to take about panic. But till this happens, im still on his side, even if i have to be neutral and check the problem from both sides to see how it looks .. when a man is in shit, u dont make him go deeper .. and im not trying to say "free the cheaters, let them cheat as much as they can cause i dont care ... " + he is my friend
arr i forgot ive said no more posting on this topic 
from what i know he works in this period of day so have to wait more than a few hours for his reply
