This one is UnrealTournament based term: FPH = frags per hour
Its would be good to have it.

it is allready included.. it is shown by /stats

it is also displayed in the game end message:

[kills] [deaths] [suicides] [time(inclusive timeouts)] [frags per hour(without timeouts)] [eff] [score] [damage given] [damage recieved]

35 31 2 10:13 206 51 33 and so on
so 206 is the frags per hour

It is available on FFA/1on1/TDM/CA gametypes in the output of /scores command, in the remaining it has been replaced by thaws/captures stats, and on /stats output it has been replaced by overall accuracy. Anyway, it's a mostly useless stat, so won't change anything further about it.
