hey is it a bug when you set \r_railsegmentlengh to 0.001 and when you fire it crashes surely something like that should be limited. also if you fire your laser with 0.01 it lags slightly i hope this cant be used to give unfair advantage ie: lag hack. because its very easy to do.

1 already lags if you do it right.
lagscripts cant be prevented.

Closing this as this is an engine variable.
We could limit the minimum value but there is no real reason for this, as it only lags your local client and there are many more possibilities to do so, even with external tools.
anything above 1 but genrally its not until you get down to really low 0.0 numbers
