Ok this is the proposition.

Anyone can aply, for the first 5 or so judges we will vote, others will get accepted if those first 5 judges agree upon it with 100% votes.

No game could be ranked if a judge wasnt present.

The judge will:

-check the server for pure and pb.
-handle the map rotation, game execution, and teams.
-make notes on player and/or clan behaviour
-check if players who play are allowed to do so (check below)
-if a player is abbusive, insultive or caught by pb, the judge has to make notes and post about it.
-then the judges will decide if to issue a warning.
-a player with a warning cant play on the next cw.
-3 warnings and the player cant play at all on ranked cws, unless the ban gets removed by judges (for example for good behaviour over some time)
-getting caught cheating and the player is automaticaly not allowed to play on cws, unless that gets lifted by judges later (for any reason, for example proving innocence)
-if a clan behaves badly all together, the judges may fine the clan by droping it in rank, and/or removing points.
-clans that do that excessivly can and will be removed from ranking
-judges must be polite, good diplomats and know the game rules and server control

i would like to suggest HQ, mowly, rena, 1337w4r3z and parasight as first judges.

but everyone interested in becoming one can aply. community will decide.

i propose 2 weeks for judge aplications, then ill make a voting topic.
