well taking a look at some flame wars that hapened, id say no 
those of us who are (luckly, the vast majority), on the other hand should have the option of protecting themselves from unnecessary abuse by less mature people. i dont expect judges to be called that often. but just in case, its good to have suvh an option to fall back to

I will try to condensate all about referees:
Why referees ? Like in real life here also we have whole spectrum of people, simplifyed bad or good guys, or people who You like or dislike. So intention is when one clan wanna play with other and know or feel or smell possible troubles then clan can ask from E+ referee! It is free will, and what we need, we need list of referees wich have common trust, elected by the people. Eclatant example where referee was a good solution is recent CW KTM vs BBS. Now we will be know who speak true.
KTM is for example new clan, dont have any resources, server etc. Referee in that case can help clan to find server for CW etc. Alot good stuff to comunity. Other good stuff that referee can make demos, and demos are facts in case of any doubt for CW outcome. Also with /logfile 1 have other facts about CW. Will be good to be a rule posting game log with screenshots then I will be able to make excelent statistics or ne clan rank scenario, and I will love to and think all of You. Clan rank will be more informational.
Procedure:
- Referee on CW is not obligation.
- In case when one clan ask for referee other clan must agree or no CW.
- Clan ask from rank moderator a referee.
- Rank moderator find available referee from list and send PM to clan leader who ask one.
- Clan leader contact referee.
- Referee will be atended on CW and colect demos screenshots and log files.
- One of clan leaders post results of CW
- In case of serious doubt about CW outcome referee just say to us on forum topic who speak true, and who lie and he have facts demos and logs.
- Rank moderador then decide to accept result for rank or decide to give points to one of team.
