Essence of skill =)

I play e+ about 2 years, usually railonly. I see many ordinary players around, some skilled players and few extra skilled players... And I have one simple question. 
What is most important to have for become a top player? Talent? Mindset? Motivation? Ambition? Training? Hardware? Other? Thank you for answers.

Important is motivation and inspiration in game...i mean you need to feel the game and game must feel you its like a pasion...if you like it, and train, you will be top player someday...
Important is train...train...train...and train again...dont get stuked in one map...like other players do playing one map q3dm17 5 years...ok they can be top players in that map...with that spawnkills 
...but they are complaetly nubs in other maps...
find a clan or team...train with them...learn how to play in teamplay...
look demos of best players...see how they moves..what they do in different situations.
Ofc gaming gear is important...is harded to kill a player when you play with wireless mouse at 125hz bad sensor...than if you gonna play with good mouse sensor at 500hz...mousepad is also important and headphones too, also the monitor is important.
so for me 3 things in gaming gear are importnat mouse sensor, mousepad, headphones and monitor.
I just dont know...the important is motivation never surender...also if the best player kill you...soon you will kill him if you train. Thats all. Never surender and get motivated to go ahead with trains.

2 good tips from me:
- download and watch demos of top players and try to learn their moves,
- record your own demos and then watch them, u will know what mistakes u make.
and ofcourse everyone has their own style so try to play your way, the way u like,
and the way u play best, don't listen to people who say "change your sensitivity"
everyone has their own prefered sens, so don't try to use other people configs.
Make your own and practice, practice... try to do less mistakes ...
