well i dont accept the rule 9 . Now what, am I suppose to play with him all the time ? Simple i didnt saw him be kicked and some1 from outside teh clan saw it, other time.. why should the clan receive -5 ?

So till that rule will be changed a little Deva vote is NO

nobody is forcing deva to take ex cheaters in.

the -5 points rule aplies only to ex cheaters being caught, not players caught first time (since in that case there was probably no way for you to know that).
