1. No rule, but its like an unwritten rule imo, BNT always played map sequence, because its normal, and most logical. (i also dont see; maps can be played in random order..) and finally Ref defines the rule, and in this case Gasol is admin of the whole league, so he would know as the best how the rules supposed to be)

2. In the rules list, there always have been written: (5-5 is standard), like you saw.. thus; 5-5 is standard, when possible. and it WAS possible.

point 2 is also main reason for me for WO. because its 100% not sportive behavior.

Like i said, if TVL not send out players, we did not have this discussion because BNT was ready for CPM14 E5 TDM with 5 players.
